I don't mean to complain much about other blogs..Mine is plenty bad and has all the no-nos on the books, but those multicolored, highly contrasted colors are really a turn-off for me. I skip over them as fast as I can and maybe that,s just what the composer wants..

Corporate shenanigans

I remember when tv was in its infancy and we had only one station andit was free..well almost..You had to ahave an antenna that smothered your neighbors orchard..It suffered from snow storms and horizontal spasms evey so often, but it was free and there was only an occasional commercial..Then came Cable which wasn't Free but they promised we wouldn't have to endure commercials..Wellll, Guess what..Then I found another mode of transmission called direct tv. It promised no commercials,but it was higher in price..Guess what.. Yeah Commercials out the kazoo..Which brings us to a new means of radio that is promising no commercials..and if you believe that I have some ocean front property in San Antonio to sell you..And by the way this radio is not free...

Soldier in Iraq

Here comes a car,,it was supposed to stop back at the barrier..Its still coming..getting closer..is that a gun sticking out the window..maybe it is just my imagination..order him to stop..WOW it is a gun..I had better shoot now and ask questions later..This is what the wienies in this country think ought to happen..and they wonder why reenlistments are down!!!!

I always thought that politicians had hide an inch thick, but maybe the skin ia getting a little thinner if we bloggers are getting a little attention. Funny how the atmosphere can change when one gets splattered from afar and the freedom of speech rolls on..

Pet Peeve

I have a long running pet peeve and I'm sure many more of you have the same one..REBATES!!I am fed up to here with those pesky things..Not only are they a nuisance, but many times you don't get one back because of some trumped up excuse. Wrong date Time limit expired No such company all kinds of lamebrain excusses..I've just about decided to avoid buying any thing that mentions a rebate..I know I may be limited on what I can buy, but It has to stop somewhere..Join me if you care to...

Chicken or Egg

I've heard this so many times which came first,the Chicken or the egg. Maybe I can solve it for the Christian people at least..The chicken is first..No where in the bible does it say that God made an egg!! Or layed one either for that matter..

War time Military

I can hardly believe that We are trying to empathise with our enemies because of the civil courts in this country..The military is trained to break things and kill the opposing forces to assure victory in battle..What do you think will happen if they have to stop and analize whether an immmediate threat will wind up getting them tried for murder..STOP! hand cuffing our brave and highly proficient soldiers..

Is it true? The news that Canada will give three shots of heroin a day to addicts..Supposedly to reduce the crime related to junkies trying to obtain money or heroin on their own..If there is any truth in that,We have have a large contingent of like affected persons in USA that might want to migrate up your way..Hence you might want to pay closer attention to your border instead lf leaving it wide open to all comers ; almost..
