Almost brain dead congress

How can you fall off a log without ever getting on it? It seems the congress is try ing to do just that..We send our military heirarcy to war college to learn how to conduct military conflicts. Maybe we need a school for members of congress so they would know how to get in and out of the doors. They are either totally out of touch with the American people (to use their repetitious words) or they are brain dead on any thing except seeking re-election. Why should we keep sending these monkeys back up there to totally dismantle what is left of the disfunctioning government? We are just as irresponsible if we continue to support a congress that has completely lost their way. I cannot fathom the reasoning behind wasting 5 days of legislative time to produce a lot of nonbinding crap that should be deposited in the out house..If anyone has read this and knows a better solution I would sincerely like to hear from you!!!!

Bullet Dodging Patsies

I am ouraged that the US congress has spent a week of taxpayers time and money to debate and bring forth a nonbinding piece of useless legislation. Would they have anyone believe they are serious about anyting. It only has an effect on the folk over in Irac that are putting their lives on the line only to be undercut by a bunch of bureaucrats who have pulled out of every war since world war 2 to appease a bunch of whiners. I am a democrat but I didn't vote for you to pull out of the war and repeat the same mistake over and over and over. I voted for you in the hope that you might unite together and allow the Generals to prosecute the war and keep your nose out of the day to day business..What about all the other things you are supposed to be doing? That's what I want you to work on and if you can't do that then we will just have to put your asses out to grass for someone that will.

Get on with it !!!!!

I hope we see an end to the use of our troops for patroling the streets of Baghdad. Our troops are better than that and we should really kick some serious butt over there and put an end to the so called militias that seem to be around every mosque..The real trouble of every one having an ak-47 and wandering around the streets during the daytime and becoming cold blooded killers at night must come to an end. Who ever heard of these folks to be allowed to maintain religious militias unmolested and protected in a war zone?I hope the president has arrived at a good solution and can actually get the cooperation that is required from the 200,000 Iraqi army..If this happens then we should see a great change in Iraq..And Gee,I hope we have enough of the right equipment to pull this off>>>

Terriorists driven from Somalia

I may be opening a huge can of worms, but I have had it with the continual evidence the Saudi Arabia is financing the terrorist movements throughout the world..Don't you think that it is about time to expose all the sheiks who are responsible for this activity and crack down on the Saudi regime to either cease and desist such activity or suffer severe consequences..Something like occupation of the country to prevent all this crap..Two things would happen: terrorist activity would dry up and blow away and we could restore sanity to the oil market..Just wishing of course, but just think about it..It will have to come to a head smetime.

Stolen Identities

Stolen identities are a very serious problem to those persons affected by their use by Illegals. Here is an example reported just lately when the Swift Meat Co was raided. Man's ID theft linked to raids, Illegal Alien Workers used his information in 3 different states
Corpus Christi Caller-Times

A former Landry's busboy is bucking Uncle Sam, who wants a cut of $75,790 earned by employees at three national meat processing companies using Steven De Leon Aumada's identification.

Aumada, 21, says he feels "skinned and filleted" after realizing he might be trapped in the web of worker deceit that led immigration officials to raid six Swift & Co. meat processing plants Tuesday in six states, according to officials. The Internal Revenue Service notified Aumada in July that he owed $19,998 in income taxes, penalties and interest for work reported in his name and Social Security number by Swift & Co. in Greeley, Colo., Tyson Fresh Meats Inc. in Springdale, Ark., and National Beef Packing Company LLC in Liberal, Kan.

Is Lebanon Lost?

I hope all you folks that wanted Israel to stop fighting Hezbola are happpy now that they are doing a coup of the Lebonese government strengthening their power base and alliance with Syria and Iran. This could not have happened if Hezbola had been disbanded as demanded by the Useless Nations (UN). Looks like real trouble to me. What say you? What is the peacekeepers doing besides partying and wasting money?
