Tex-Mex

What should I do? Learn more spanish, or vietnamese, or chinese or whatever language I need to communicate with the new illegal "citizens" that seem to be everywhere. I can no longer ask any questions at a convenience store or gas station because all they know there is the price of what I have brought to the counter. And please don't ask directions anywhere because you just get a big smile and a shrug. Is anyone else having any of these problems or is it just me?

  • Out of those languages, go for Spanish. Don't go near Chinese because the Chinese alphabet has (wait for it) 40-50 thousand letters/characters.

Now we know why English is the more popular second language ;-)

  • Here's and idea. Let's take a page out of the boycotter's book and boycott any store that has a clerk that can't communicate in english.
