My blind faith will carry me just so far..after staying up until the wee ours of the morning and having the astros fissle like an aborted rocket, I think I know when it is time to jump ship and turn my attention to the Basketball team..Maybe the houston sports teams are snakebitten forever..I'm just glad my son had the world series tickets and not me..goodnght astros!!!!!

A Blog with a military slant of been there done that..Defend The American way of life against all odds as we have no other place to go..No One likes us anymore..And that's ok..We can look at them with a jaundiced eye and say So What!!!

It was one good world series as far as competition went. I was surprised (being nice here) at some choices that were made by the Astro's management. I am (at least pertially - and aproaching fullally) the conviction that the Coaches for the Sox coached a better game with better strategy than the Astro's coaches.

I have to agree with you. In the last game I was mystified why he took backe out when he was going so strong. We might have at least won the fourth game, but i think we were over matched..Maybe next year. At least we brought he first world series in history to Texas..
